Scaling
Business

We architect and design scalable infrastructure that reflects enterprise needs: data sovereignty built in to satisfy legislation, multi-cloud to keep you out of vendor lock. You do not design yourself into a corner, and you do not pay for the corner later as technical debt.

Four design positions

Architecture is a set of decisions you have to live inside

AI workloads have changed the maths: GPU capacity, egress, residency and licensing now decide what an architecture costs to run. We take those positions deliberately, write them down, and design so they can be revisited without a rebuild.

01

Sovereignty by design

Where data rests, where it is processed and who can compel access, mapped to the legislation that applies to you: UAE, EU, UK and sector rules. Sovereign and in-country regions where they are warranted, not everywhere by reflex.

02

Multi-cloud where it pays

Portable by default at the platform layer, deliberate about the managed services worth being locked into. Multi-cloud as an exit option and a negotiating position, not as a hobby.

03

Cost as an architectural input

Unit economics modelled before build: cost per tenant, per transaction, per thousand tokens. FinOps guardrails in the pipeline so the bill cannot quietly drift.

04

Platform, not ticket queue

Golden paths your teams can self-serve, with policy enforced as code. Landing zones that pass audit on day one and still let a product team ship on a Friday.

Engagements

From a target architecture to the thing running in production

  • Architecture and sovereignty review. Current state, residency exposure, exit cost, and a target architecture with the trade-offs stated in plain terms.
  • Landing zones and platform build. Identity, network, policy, observability and tenancy, delivered as infrastructure as code you own.
  • Migration and modernisation. Wave planning, dependency mapping and cutovers rehearsed before they happen.
  • AI-ready infrastructure. GPU and inference capacity planning, private model hosting, and the network and storage to feed it.
  • Resilience and continuity. Failure modes tested deliberately, recovery objectives proven rather than asserted.
