Pruthvi Rathod leads a team of developers at Rothian and remains hands-on in the code. He works the whole path from a problem to a system running in production: architecture, data model, code, infrastructure, review, and the support that follows.
His build work covers autonomous AI agents — tool-calling agents grounded in a client's own data through retrieval on pgvector, with deterministic tools for anything numeric, multi-channel messaging and job queues for long-running work. Alongside that sit full-stack platforms in TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, NestJS, tRPC and GraphQL, Prisma, PostgreSQL and Supabase; real-time and IoT systems on MQTT and AMQP with telemetry pipelines and live dashboards; and the cloud and DevOps underneath, on Vercel, Docker, GitHub Actions and Cloudflare.
He also runs security and data work across Microsoft 365 and web estates, including migrations from shared drives to SharePoint Online, and leads the web platform team through Next.js builds and WordPress and WooCommerce estates.
He designs the architecture before the first commit, reviews the code that ships, and acts as the client's advocate inside the team and the team's voice with the client, from discovery through to delivery. Four things that work has taught him: agents are only as reliable as their tools, and arithmetic belongs in code rather than in the model; migrations are planned around system dependencies, not folders; every automation needs an owner and an alert, because flows fail quietly; and code review is where a team's standards actually live.

React Router 7, TypeScript, Vite, Prisma, PostgreSQL, GSAP and a partner listings API. Buyers get advice grounded in verified listings at any hour, rather than a commission-driven sales call.
