Wai Lynn Htet handles IT support and administration for Rothian from Bangkok, supporting users, managing application access and keeping workplace technology running.
He supports Microsoft 365 and the workplace applications around it, manages user accounts and access permissions, runs employee onboarding and offboarding, manages application credentials, and tracks software subscriptions and invoices — working with Microsoft Teams, Bitwarden, WordPress, Elementor and Hostinger among others. He came to the role from a post as Assistant Network Engineer, which gave him his grounding in networking and technical support.
Alongside that he is building WordPress and web development skills, and testing where AI tools genuinely help with troubleshooting and everyday IT work.
